Appointment Deposit & No-Show Policy To ensure fairness and respect for both our clients and clinicians, we require a deposit when scheduling appointments. Please review the policy below carefully: $40 Appointment Deposit - A $40 deposit is required at the time of booking an appointment. - This deposit secures your appointment and is fully refundable or applicable as outlined below.
How the Deposit Is Applied - If you attend your scheduled appointment, the $40 will be: • Credited toward your co-pay, coinsurance, or deductible, if applicable. • Fully refunded if no patient payment is due. - If you reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be: • Transferred to the new appointment OR • Refunded upon request
Late Cancellations & No-Shows - If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited as a no-show fee. - Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the provider’s discretion.
Card Security & Privacy - Your card information is stored securely using a HIPAA-compliant payment processor. - No charges beyond the $40 deposit will be made without your consent unless related to no-show fees or applicable session costs.
